Another Victim Comes Forward With Lawsuit Against Sandusky

Jerry Sandusky-Penn St scandal update: Charles Schmidt Jr, lawyer representing twelfth victim, files lawsuit in Philadelphia county, PA, in order to beat statute of limitations. The alleged victim was 12 at time of incident and will be 20 yr old next month. A CBS21 news story and video provide details. Schmidt states, his client was taken to Sandusky's office at the Second Mile Charity, handed a glass of whiskey and subsequently sexually assaulted. Victim revealed only happened once but scarred him for life.
