An investigation into 10 year old boy reported missing earlier this month, resulted in eight arrests in Mexican state of Sonora, reports BBC article. Prosecutors allege suspects belong to cult, Santa Muerte or Holy Death. "Jose Larrinaga, spokesman for Sonora state prosecutors, said the most recent killing was earlier this month, while the other two were committed in 2009 and 2010. Their bodies were found at the altar site in the small mining community of Nacozari, some 70 miles (110km) south of Douglas, Arizona." BBC article clearly attributes sacrifice to cult members, but adds, "there have been no confirmed killings previously attributed to the cult, which follows a mix of Catholic faith with indigenous and pagan beliefs." The cult has been growing in Mexico. Critics say cult is preferred by criminals and drug dealers, while members maintain they're persecuted. The cult is treated more benignly north of the border in 2009 LA Times article (picture from Los Angeles storefront): "at the weekly Santa Muerte Mass, Guadalupe takes turns with several other spiritual guides to lead a long and somber service that resembles traditional Catholic Masses in Mexico and includes the recitation of a special rosary that incorporates the traditional Lord's Prayer and appeals to Santa Muerte in place of Mary." Wikipedia entry observes, "the robed image of Santa Muerte looks a bit like that of the Virgin of Guadalupe, the patron saint of Mexico." Wow!

Freemasonry and Witchcraft Compared
Are Witchcraft and Freemasonry related? You see many parallels in accompanying video. You may also read brief History of Wicca by Julia Phillips, a Wiccan High Priestess, if you want more. Gerald Gardner considered the Father of Wicca, beginning with 1939 initiation into New Forest coven in England, is central focus. An article follows the history written by a Freemason, who is also a Wiccan, sees similarities, "Freemasonry is an ancient and venerable institution with many centuries of history behind it. Likewise, Pagan traditions fade into the most distant recesses of time... Yet there are striking liturgical similarities and historical ties. "What is Wicca?" webpage states,"Wicca is a new age religion, that has roots from the times of Neolithic paganism, information taken from traditional Italian witchcraft, that survived the burning times, and aspects of rites from the masons." It's fair to say there are ties between Freemansonry, Neopaganism and Wicca. It's time to raise your occult IQ and you can do it in just over three minutes!

Detroit Holds Parade to Rid City of Evil Spirit
from newstimes.com: Detroit is nearly broke, and the mayor is recovering from surgery. Maybe it's because of an evil red dwarf suspected of casting a spell centuries ago. Some 3,000 people in masks, feathers and beads turned out Sunday for a third annual light-hearted parade to rid Detroit of that devil and his cruel intentions. People who thought force might be necessary carried pitchforks. Shari Lombardo of Grosse Pointe dressed her dog in a tutu. "I read on the (event) website that anything goes; that's obviously true," Lombardo told The Detroit News. "Anything that's new and different is good for the city." The tale goes that a red dwarf cast a spell on Detroit 300 years ago after being struck with a cane by one of the city's founders, Antoine Cadillac. A man dressed as the feared dwarf taunted spectators by declaring, "I own this town."

Witchcraft Heights Hit Hard By Tragedy
from salemnews.com: Witchcraft Heights Elementary School has been reaching out to students and staff since the violent incident Sunday night at the Salem Heights apartment building. Tanicia Goodwin, 25, has been charged with slashing the throats of her two young children and setting their apartment on fire in a murder attempt. Her son, Jamaal Goodwin, 8, a first-grader at Witchcraft, remains in critical condition at Children's Hospital Boston, according to a family member. His younger sister is also at the hospital, reportedly in stable condition. Witchcraft Principal Mark Higgins and teachers spoke with students the day after the incident. Letters were sent home. Outside counselors were called. This incident hit Witchcraft especially hard because it has 14 students who live in Salem Heights, a large apartment building on Pope Street. Many had to flee the building Sunday night.I have not seen the news stories on this incident mention that the Goodwin children of Boston were the first cases of witchcraft documented by Cotton Mather, leading to the Salem Witch Trials.

Change of Heart: The Legacy of Darth Cheney
You've got to love James Corbett with The Eye Opener (and Jaw Dropper?) report on someone many believe served central role in America's present decline! Corbett cannot be surpassed as the man strikes superlative notes in his rant! The script of this three minute preview follows:
"Until last Saturday, those who called former Vice President Dick Cheney “heartless” would have been more or less technically correct. Since 2010, the now 71 year old with a history of heart troubles has been using a HeartMate II, a left ventricle assist device that helped his heart to pump blood to his organs. Unlike other technologies that seek to emulate the beating of the heart, the HeartMate uses a pump to create a continuous flow of blood through the circulatory system, meaning that patients, including Dick Cheney, have no pulse while using the device.

Televangelists DeFraud Trinity Broadcasting Network For Millions
Mail Online article reveals Trinity Broadcasting Network "...founded by Televangelists Paul and Jan Crouch, is accused of misappropriating its 'charitable assets' toward a $50 million jet, 13 mansions and a $100,000-mobile home for Mrs Crouch's dogs." Possibly, founders have grown out of touch as their enterprise grew in success beyond all expectations? "The Crouches founded TBN in 1973 and grew it into an international Christian empire that beams prosperity gospel programming — which promises that if the faithful sacrifice for their belief, God will reward them with material wealth..The network, whose headquarters is pictured, is seen on every continent but Antarctica 24 hours a day, seven days a week, raking in $92 million in donations in 2010 and $175 million in tax-free revenue," informs article. The story is more miserable than depicted here with counter lawsuits filed. Mrs Crouch seems a little dated and out of touch with her beehive hair - not to mention the mobile home for her pets (pictured)?

Fetuses Destined for Santeria Ritual Confiscated at Miami Airport
Mail Online article reports, "two human fetuses that were to be used in a 'religious ceremony' were found in luggage coming from Cuba by customs agents at Miami International Airport, according to police." Two women reported sixty to seventy years old, were taken into custody by Customs when X-Ray of Jar revealed a fetus. A second fetus was discovered after opening jar. The article informs, "...chickens (the most common), pigeons, doves, ducks, guinea pigs, goats, sheep, and turtles, and sometimes the use of old human bones stolen from cemeteries.Human fetuses are rarely, if ever, used, Santeria experts told the Miami Herald. A medical examiner determined both fetuses were about 20 weeks and both had been still born. No foul play was suspected." Do you believe it?
Israel Supreme Court Building is Creation of Rothschild Family
The Israel Supreme Court Building should clear up doubts whether there's an agenda for a New World Order! Vigilant Citizen (VC) does excellent job describing Rothschild family role, who "...agreed to donate the building under three conditions: the Rothschilds were to choose the plot of land, they would use their own architect and no one would ever know the price of its construction. The reasons for those conditions are quite evident: the Supreme Court building is a Temple of Masonic Mystery Religion and is built by the elite, for the elite."

Pedo State Update: Sandusky Lawyer Fishing for Defense
Is defense attorney, Joe Amendola, desperate to find a defense for the indefensible? Now, the results of a fishing expedition go public in a Pennlive article that declares, "what wasn’t made public [in grand jury presentment] until now was that two days before [Picture, Prosecutor Ray] Gricar closed the case, a psychologist concluded Victim 6 was not sexually abused by Sandusky." Hey, it was just "oh shucks" Jerry and little boys in the shower! Psychologist John Seasock, whose 1998 report, is believed to be the reason missing-and-declared-dead Prosecutor Ray Gricar declined to pursue case, may provide defense argument for Sandusky?

Denver Christians Mourn #Tebow's Departure
from beliefblog: Tebow, who helped turn the bottom-dwelling Broncos into a playoff team last year, transcended sports with his overt professions of faith and his late game heroics, which led some to believe that God was on the young quarterback’s side. Throughout the season, Tebow’s jersey was flying off the racks and “Tebowing” – the act of getting down on one knee and praying while everyone around you does something else – became to be an internet meme and widely recognized symbol. Tebow quickly became the public face of FRS Company and Jockey; for months, it was hard to click on ESPN without hearing his name. “Tim Tebow seems to have won the hearts of not only football fans in Denver but the people here at large,” said Rob Brendle, pastor at the evangelical Denver United Church. “One of the most exciting aspects of last season was that casual sports fans and those who aren’t even interested in football, like my wife, became captivated by the influence of Tim Tebow... Around the water cooler and in church, there is sadness at the likelihood of his departure,” Brendle said, a few hours before the Jets announcement.

Coptic Pope's Death Adds to Fears in Egypt's Time of Transition
from nytimes.com: A tearful crowd of thousands that included members of Egypt’s emerging political class attended a funeral service Tuesday for Pope Shenouda III, who spent four decades as the popular and charismatic leader of the country’s Coptic Orthodox Church. During a two-hour morning ceremony, with prayers read in Arabic and Coptic, the pope, dressed in an embroidered robe in a white, open coffin, was remembered as a “wise captain” who built bridges to Muslims and other Christian denominations as he spread the church’s influence around the world. The death Saturday of the only pope many Egyptian Copts had ever known underscored feelings of unease many Christians have about the tumult of Egypt’s political transition since the fall of President Hosni Mubarak. By the early evening, there were scenes of pandemonium as thousands of people mobbed a van carrying Shenouda to his burial site, in a monastery in northern Egypt. Red-faced military policemen wrestled mourners carrying the pope’s portraits as they strained for a last glimpse through the dark windows of the white van.

A Card-Counting Mix of Bibles, Blackjack and Cash
from nytimes.com: Colin Jones has toiled in the cacophonous, windowless, artificially lighted corridors of casinos across the country in an effort to beat the house with math. He has worked to master the art of card counting, long scorned by casino operators, in which players try to gain an advantage over a blackjack dealer by keeping track of all the cards seen, and then adjusting their bets. Now he is selling his tactics to others. On March 24, 10 people from across the country will arrive in Las Vegas and pay $1,500 each for Jones to teach them how to count cards. What those students may not realize is that their teacher belongs to an unlikely subset of blackjack players. Jones is a Christian card counter. Until last year, he and his high school friend from Bible camp, Ben Crawford, ran a group of more than 30 religious card counters. Based in Seattle, the rotating cast of players says it won $3.2 million over five years — all while regularly attending church, leading youth groups and studying theology. But first Jones and his group had to wrestle with the apparent moral paradox: Should Christians be counting cards?Flashback: 'Holy Rollers - The True Story of Card-Counting Christians'

India's Stonehenge Discovered in Karnataka
PDF: 'Stone alignment with solar and other sightlines in South India'
from hindustantimes.com: India may have its own version of Stonehenge, England's prehistoric monument with astronomical associations, in Karnataka. Researchers from the Mumbai-based Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) and Manipal University have discovered 26 megalithic constructions at Byse, 140 km from Mangalore, which were probably used as an astronomical observatory. The three-member team has claimed that the menhirs or stones, dating prior to 1000BC, are the first strong evidence of a monument with intentional solar and possible stellar alignments among Indian megaliths.

Saint or Slave Trader? Doubts About St. Patrick's Origins
from independent.ie: The popular legend that St Patrick was a slave taken to Ireland by force is untrue, according to researchers in England, who claim he was actually a slave trader. The classic telling of St Patrick's life suggests he was abducted from western Britain in his adolescence and forced to work unpaid.
But a new study by Cambridge University dismisses this as "fiction" and argues the saint fled to Ireland deliberately to avoid becoming a Roman tax collector and took up a job as a slave trader instead. The study has been published to coincide with today's St Patrick's Day celebrations. Patrick's own father, Calpornius, was a Decurion, a Roman official responsible for tax collection. But he exploited a bail-out clause in Roman law that allowed him to leave his post by joining the clergy on the condition the role was passed to his son.
According to the study, once St Patrick was faced with the obligation to become a Decurion he chose to emigrate to Ireland. The study also claims there is a good chance St Patrick became a slave trader as Ireland did not have a monetary economy. This means he most likely bought slaves in England and then used them to trade when he moved to Ireland, researchers have claimed. At the time slaves were also relatively easy to transport and experts believe St Patrick would have converted his family's wealth into slaves.

Pat Sullivan 'Meth for Sex' Scandal Update
The Denver Post reports a drug dealer, who supplied meth to former Sheriff Pat Sullivan, was sentenced to three years in prison. Sullivan's arraignment is set for April 3 in Arapahoe County on felony charges of possession and distribution of drugs and attempting to influence a public servant, and a misdemeanor charge of soliciting prostitution."
Penn St Update: Jerry Sandusky Lawyer Wants More Details
Joe Amendola, attorney for accused pedophile Jerry Sandusky, was back in court this past Monday to plead for more details about the allegations against his client, a former Penn St football coach. Amendola isn't satisfied that there's enough details about dates and locations. Perhaps most notably, Judge John Cleland did concede, according to Penn Live article: "Judges have thrown out cases where children couldn’t pin down specific time frames." Deputy attorney general Joseph E. McGettigan III shot back at Amendola in front of Centre County courthouse, "Amendola would have had a great opportunity to question each alleged victim under oath at a preliminary hearing, but Sandusky chose to waive that right, and instead presented his case to the press on the courthouse steps." You have to wonder if there's a real possibility of dismissal; the court system may well be compromised. The May 14 trial date is fast approaching and pivotal decisions will be made in next few weeks. There's also a great video with intrepid Sara Ganim reporting on the case.

Hidden Meanings In New $100 Bill
Does the new $100 bill suggest a return to the gold standard? It seems more possible after watching video and reading commentary at "The Road to Roota Letters." Narrator Tamz Broderick relates it's all about the gold on right side of new bill "...A Gold Ink Well, Gold Liberty Bell, Gold Feather Pen, Gold '100', Gold Watermark, Gold Writing in the background, Gold 'July 4, 1776'...there's even a HUGE gold '100' on the back of the right side...". Video shares belief these 'new' $100 bills are 2009 series, because bills have been ready since shortly after 2008 collapse. The narrator states bold introduction of these new bills virtually announces, "we are ready to collapse the system." It's a convincing video!

'Salem Witch Trials' Document Up for Auction
from ap: A document from the Salem witch trials is expected to fetch as much as $35,000 when it hits the auction block. The original court indictment of Margaret Scott, a Rowley widow in her 70s and one of the last people hanged during the 1692 hysteria in colonial Massachusetts, is part of a private collection of historical documents being sold Thursday at Swann Auction Galleries in New York. The pre-auction estimate is $25,000 to $35,000, but one local expert thinks that is too low. Richard Trask, the Danvers town archivist and a leading expert on the trials, tells The Salem News it's just the third time in a 50-year career he can recall a witchcraft document being sold. Nineteen people were hanged and one person was crushed to death during the trials.

Beware the Ides of March
Julius Caesar died at the hands of his enemies on March 15, 44 BC after a soothsayer warned him previously to "Beware the Ides of March." The soothsayer, identified as Roman astrologer Spurinna, had advised Caesar that "...on the Ides of March, he would be in great danger. If, however, Julius Caesar took care on that one day - then all would be well." There are differing theories of what moved Caesar to ignore the warning and go to the Senate. One theory has his enemies convincing him that the warning was mere superstition - or perhaps Caesar mistook date as "...the ancient Roman calendar, each of the 12 months had an 'ides'. In March, May, July and October, the ides fell on the 15th day. In every other month, the ides fell on the 13th." In any event, on his way to the Senate, Caesar met up again with the astrologer: "...Caesar confidently informed Spurinna: 'The Ides of March are come.' Spurinna answered, 'Yes, they are come, but they are not past.' Later that day - on March 15, 44 B.C.E - Caesar's enemies assassinated him in the Pompey theater, at the foot of Pompey's statue, where the Roman Senate was meeting that day in the temple of Venus." You may enjoy an excellent Quicksilver Radio Theater production of Shakespeare's Tragedy of Julius Caesar.

Demonic Sound Came From Fukushima Plant
Carl Pillitteri was one of 38 Americans at the Fukushima plant when the earthquake hit. Pillitteri describes what he heard as "demonic" sounds and relates the stark fear he felt inside the turbine building that day. What is interesting and puzzling, Pilliteri, a nuclear technician could not pinpoint source of sounds in interview on PBS show Burn: An Energy Journal. The nuclear technician shares also personal impact, saying he's hardly smiled all year. The interesting questions remains: what caused an apparently non-localized, demonic-like sound?

Spring Equinox: Minor Sabbath Observed With Blood Sacrifice
What will the Spring Equinox bring in 2012? Will it be open war with Syria or possibly Iran? Advent of Deception describes the Spring Equinox, "according the Occult view, the Spring Equinox is considered a Minor Sabbath but still requires human sacrifice. March 21-22 is dedicated German Goddess Ostara (Ishtar, also spelled, “Eostre”), for whom “Easter” is named. March 21 is one of the Illuminati’s Human Sacrifice Night. Ishtar was the Babylonian goddess of fertility, love and war. Her name derives from the words for 'Dawn' and symbolizes the 'mother virgin'. Easter is the first Sunday after the first full moon of the spring equinox—a deception upon Christians...The illegal war in Iraq started on March 20 2003, and the War in Libya started one day before March 20 2011." Myron Fagan: The Illuminati and the Council on Foreign Relations
Myron Fagan is an important figure in fight against New World Order. Fagan and his lectures are still accessible thanks to mp3 conversions of his sixties era 3-Record LP set (pictured). The Advent of Deception website describes what Fagan shares with his listeners: "Within Mr Fagan’s astonishing recording, he describes the One World Order enslavement that was launched two centuries ago by one Adam Weishaupt who was financed by The Rothchild Banking Family. Backed with documentary evidence, the Illuminati fomented all the wars during the last two hundred years and became the prime instrument to achieve the agenda of the New World Order." Mr. Fagan comprehended the threat long ago and his quote may prove haunting to rest of us: “No one will enter the New World Order unless he or she will make a pledge to worship Lucifer. No one will enter the New Age unless he will take a Luciferian Initiation.”

The Occult Roots of Scientology
Everyone's heard of Scientology, and if older, you've heard of Dianetics, a 1950 book by L. Ron Hubbard (pictured, right). A reader may know little more about the "religion". Ohio State Professor, Hugh Urban, takes a closer look at Scientology in recent articles and a book. Vigilant Citzen (VC) provides a condensed version of Village Voice articles on Urban's work that make clear the occult influences on Hubbard. VC puts it, "Oh, L. Ron, you are so busted...Wow. L. Ron didn’t even change the handwriting to throw off the teacher," describing links if not direct lifting of concepts from Aleister Crowley (pictured, left). Urban points out secrecy enshrouding organization, is an outgrowth, of Cold War-Era paranoia when it got its start. Scientology misses Hubbard, a charismatic figure, who made it all go and finds itself in a period of reformation according to Urban.

'A Thief In The Night': 40th Anniversary of Original 'Left Behind'
Forty years ago, 'A Thief in the Night' had scores of people wondering if they'd survive the rapture.
from christianitytoday.com: It's been 40 years since the release of a film that wrecked havoc on the sleep of millions of souls in America and around the world, a film that combined religious themes with the chills of a horror film. No, not The Exorcist. But a year before that: Long before millions of readers were getting worried about being left behind, scores of viewers fretted about the ramifications of A Thief in the Night.
The film told the story of a young woman, Patty Myers (played by Patty Dunning), who wakes one morning to find that her husband has suddenly vanished, along with millions of other people throughout the world. The film brings to life the dispensational view of Matthew 24:36-44 — one will be taken and one will be left — assuming the Rapture of believers takes place before seven years of tribulation … coming without warning, like a thief in the … well, you know. Patty faces the nightmare of a one-world totalitarian government that will usher in the coming of the Anti-Christ.
At the time, it was a radical new way of making a Christian film. There had been Christian movies before, particularly from Billy Graham's World Wide Pictures (usually about a troubled teen who considers smoking a cigarette before being converted at a Graham crusade). But Thief was different, using the conventions of science fiction and horror—everything from the "It's Only a Dream … or is it?" device (from every other episode of The Twilight Zone), to the paranoid "Are They With Me or Against Me?" questions (replace the Pod People of Invasion of the Body Snatchers with the Mark of the Beast people), to the End Credits with a Twist (The End??? from The Blob becomes The End Is Near). (Not coincidentally, Thief's executive producer, Russell Doughten Jr., worked on 1958's The Blob.)
Today, Christian filmmakers like Scott Derrickson (The Exorcism of Emily Rose) consider the supernatural nature of the horror film a natural genre for introducing spiritual themes. But 40 years ago, such themes in a Christian film was a radical idea.
A Thief in the Night also introduced new audiences to the budding Christian rock music scene, featuring Larry Norman's "I Wish We'd All Been Ready," sung in the movie by The Fishmarket Combo. (Check out the groovy/spooky video of the song here; they're also featured in the film's trailer.)
The film's budget was $60,000, a paltry sum compared to today's indie films, rarely made for less than $1 million. Thom Rachford, one of the actors in Thief and now a vice president at Russ Doughten Films (RDF), said that to raise the money, the filmmakers prayed and asked people to invest $5,000 apiece.
Thief was a pioneer of the End Times genre; Jerry Jenkins and Tim LaHaye have cited the film as an inspiration for their Left Behind series. Three Thief sequels were made (A Distant Thunder, Image of the Beast, and The Prodigal Planet) over the next decade.

The Kindoki = Witchcraft
Hundreds of children in west African communities in the U.K. are tortured, in belief, possessed by evil spirits, according to Sub-culture Alternatives Freedom Foundation website. A recent torture-murder of a 15 year old London boy by his sister and partner heightens concern of Kindoki as reported in Metro London article, "Police warn children at risk over return of witch-finders." Sky News tells story of 14-year old Lionel Paka Makola thrown out by angered father, who was advised by pastor, son was a witch for taking a pen and reason father failed to get promotion. A Kinshasa Congo street ministry aided in reconciliation of Lionel with family, after six month alone on streets, fending for himself. There is also a five minute video of witchcraft practices today in Kinshasa, although officially outlawed in the Congo.

School Shootings and Gun Control
The last insult for the three Chardon High School shooting victims will be Fred Phelps Jr and Westboro Baptist plan to protest funeral! The so-called 'church' is well-known for their protest activities. However, suspicion grows with any increase in school shootings that there's an agenda, such as "Operation Open Eyes," intended to create a climate for more draconian gun laws.

Weekend Pedorama: Amendola Receives 'Bill of Particulars'
Jerry Sandusky's attorney, Joe Amendola, asked for a 'bill of particulars' in January that he received March 1. Mike Dawson reports in Centre Daily Times article, "Prosecutors offer details on alleged Sandusky child sex assaults," a detailed breakdown of abuse from victims 1 through 10. It's not pretty and possibly more than Amendola anticipated. Dawson summarizes: "Six of Jerry Sandusky’s 10 accusers alleged they were abused in the former defensive coordinator’s College Township home. And authorities said Sandusky abused eight of the 10 boys on Penn State’s campus. The places of the alleged abuse were among the details that prosecutors handed over Thursday to Sandusky’s attorney, Joe Amendola, in a bill of particulars." Sandusky is depicted in the bill as abusing boys at home, on campus, at outdoor pools, local hotels and even his own car! Victims ranged in age from 8 to 17. Sandusky remains on house arrest. People should look beyond Sandusky to the greater abuses of child trafficking that lurk in shadows. A reader should suspect high-level protection for Sandusky - as his predatory pedophilia continued for a long period. Sandusky is likely a front man and this case is much more than a terrible sports tragedy: It's about predatory sex trade perpetrated on children!
